Custom Aplus PMS integrations and workflows

Hotels and apartment operators do not all work the same way. Here is how a specific process can be supported within Aplus PMS without replacing the platform you already use.

A hospitality team discusses a custom workflow within Aplus PMS

Two properties may have the same number of rooms but very different routines. In an apartment group, one manager handles bookings, another works with owners, and a finance colleague reconciles payouts. A small hotel may have a smaller team but its own approval process for payments or room readiness. A standard PMS provides a common foundation. When one step still lives in a spreadsheet, we can discuss adapting Aplus PMS to that specific job.

First, check what Aplus PMS already does

Aplus PMS brings together reservations, guest details, online booking channels, housekeeping and financial information. Often an existing module can solve the problem with the right configuration: a message template, staff permissions or a booking workflow. Custom development makes sense when configuration genuinely cannot cover the need.

What kinds of requests can we discuss?

Connect a service your team already uses

Suppose your team accepts payments in another service and manually copies their status into a booking. We can assess a data exchange with Aplus PMS so managers see payment status alongside the reservation. The method and scope depend on that service's API, access rules and available data. We do not present an unbuilt connector as a ready-made feature.

Create a report that matches your management model

A property manager may need an owner report showing stays, received payments, fees, expenses and the amount due for each property. The useful starting point is not a chart. It is agreeing on where every figure comes from and how it is calculated. The report should explain the result rather than add another spreadsheet.

Adapt the sequence of team tasks

In an apartment group, checkout may lead to a payment check, a cleaning task and a readiness confirmation before the next arrival. If a standard workflow does not reflect your roles or exceptions, we can discuss which steps should be automated and which should remain a human decision.

How a custom request moves forward

  1. Describe the problem. Which action is still done by hand, how many properties does it affect, and what outcome matters?
  2. Review existing options. We check whether Aplus PMS already supports it through a module or configuration.
  3. Agree on the solution. If development is needed, we define data, roles, constraints and acceptance criteria. Scope, cost and timing are agreed separately before work begins.
  4. Test the real workflow. We check not only a new screen but how it works with bookings and other team actions.

We cannot promise a connection to every external service before reviewing its technical capabilities. The goal is concrete: remove a manual step or put the right information where your team already works.

Where to start

Explore the public Aplus PMS demo to see the current interface and core workflows. The public demo shows the existing product, not custom development. To discuss your own process, book a personal presentation or send us a message. A short description of your current process, desired result and systems involved is enough to begin.
