Public offer
Version dated 14 September 2026.
This document is a public offer to enter into an agreement for access to the Aplus PMS service. Please read the terms before ordering or paying for services.
1. Service provider and contact details
Services are provided by APLUS UKRAINE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, referred to below as the “Provider”.
- EDRPOU registration code: 46348908.
- Location: Dnipro, Ukraine.
- Email: info@apluspms.com.
- Website: apluspms.com.
An adult individual, a sole proprietor or a legal entity that orders or uses Aplus PMS may be a user, referred to below as the “User”.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider grants the User limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable access to Aplus PMS features over the internet. The User accepts the service and pays for it according to the selected plan.
The features, number of properties, access period and price are determined by the selected plan, order page, invoice or another communication agreed with the User. Connections to external services depend on their technical rules and availability.
3. Ordering and acceptance
Before payment, the User has the opportunity to review this offer, the plan and the main characteristics of the service. The agreement is deemed concluded when the User takes any of the following actions:
- pays an invoice, payment link or order;
- confirms acceptance of the offer in the order form or account;
- agrees to the order in writing and starts using the paid access provided.
A person acting on behalf of a company or sole proprietor confirms that they have the necessary authority. If a separate written agreement conflicts with this offer, the separate agreement's terms apply.
4. Trial period
The User submits an application to create an Aplus PMS account. After processing the application, the Provider creates an account and may grant the User free trial access for 14 calendar days.
Trial access creates no obligation to take out a paid subscription. At the end of the trial, no funds are charged automatically, and a paid subscription is not activated without a separate action and the User's consent.
5. Plans and payment
Current baseline prices are listed in the Pricing section. The final amount, currency, billing period, possible discounts and additional work are shown to the User before payment or specified in the invoice.
Payment is made by a cashless method available when ordering. The payment obligation is fulfilled when the Provider receives the funds or confirmation from the payment provider.
Bank or payment system fees that are not included in the Aplus PMS price are paid according to that bank's or payment system's terms.
5.1. Taking out a subscription
After the trial ends, the User may independently take out a paid subscription in their Aplus PMS account settings.
Before subscribing, the User selects a plan and billing period and reviews the price, available features, automatic renewal terms and this Public offer.
The subscription is activated after the User confirms it and the first payment succeeds.
If the User has separately agreed to automatic renewal, subsequent payments are charged at the start of each new billing period. Automatic renewal can be disabled in account settings or by contacting info@apluspms.com before the next payment date.
After automatic renewal is disabled, access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period. Refund terms are set out in section 8 of this Public offer.
6. Providing access
Access is provided for the agreed period after account activation and, for a paid plan, payment confirmation. Instructions and access details are sent to the contact provided by the User.
The User is responsible for a compatible device, browser, internet connection and safeguarding their authentication credentials. Errors or service unavailability should be reported using the Provider's contact details.
Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, updates, addressing threats or reasons beyond the Provider's control. The Provider seeks to give advance notice of scheduled work where practically possible.
7. User rights and obligations
The User may use paid features, receive information about their plan and contact support. The User must provide accurate data, pay for services on time and use Aplus PMS lawfully.
It is prohibited to share access with third parties beyond the permitted number of users, bypass technical restrictions, interfere with the service, copy source code or use Aplus PMS to infringe other people's rights.
8. Cancellation and refunds
The User may decline to renew the service by notifying the Provider at info@apluspms.com. If automatic renewal has not been agreed, no new payment is charged after the paid period ends.
If access was not provided due to the Provider's fault, the User may request that access be provided again or that the cost of the unprovided service be refunded. If the User ends prepaid access early, they may submit a reasoned request for a refund for the unused portion of the billing period. The cost of access already provided, completed work and non-refundable fees may be deducted from the actual refund if permitted by law and disclosed before payment.
The request must include the payer's details, payment date and amount, the reason and the details needed for a refund. Following verification, a justified refund is initiated within 10 banking days using the original payment method, unless the parties agree on another method.
This section does not limit consumer rights that cannot be restricted by contract under Ukrainian law.
9. Personal data and User information
Processing of website visitors' data is described in the Privacy policy. To provide Aplus PMS, the Provider processes data entered by the User only to the extent needed for operation, support, security and compliance with legal obligations.
The User is responsible for the lawful entry of guests', employees' and other people's personal data into Aplus PMS and for having the necessary legal bases for such processing.
10. Intellectual property
Proprietary rights to Aplus PMS, its design, source code, databases, text, graphics and marks belong to the Provider or the lawful rights holders. Payment for a plan grants only the right to use the service within this agreement and does not transfer ownership.
11. Liability and force majeure
The parties are liable for breaches of their obligations under this offer and Ukrainian law. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by the User's equipment or connection, third-party platforms, unlawful acts of third parties or inaccurate User data.
A party is exempt from liability for failure to fulfil obligations due to extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances for their duration, provided it notifies the other party within a reasonable time and, where necessary, properly substantiates those circumstances.
12. Duration, amendments and termination
The agreement takes effect on acceptance and continues until the paid period ends or it is terminated under its terms. The current version of the offer is published on this page with its date.
Amendments apply to new orders from publication. The Provider gives advance notice of material changes affecting existing paid access through an available contact. If the User disagrees, they may decline the next renewal.
The Provider may restrict or terminate access for overdue payment or breaches of the law, security or this offer. If the breach can be remedied, the User is given a reasonable period to correct it, except where there is an immediate threat to the service or third parties.
13. Enquiries and dispute resolution
Questions, complaints and payment-related requests should be sent to info@apluspms.com. The enquiry must state the User's name or company name, contact details, payment number or date, and the matter concerned.
The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under Ukrainian law through the procedure established by law. Mandatory consumer protection rules also apply to consumers.
