Receipts connect to the transaction
The Checkbox fiscalization module in Aplus PMS connects receipt creation to the payment, guest and booking. Your team works with existing data without manually copying it into a separate list.
This connection helps you track the transaction history: which booking was paid, when the document was created and its status. The fiscalization process needs to reflect how your business operates.
Automatic rules need clear conditions
Before connecting, define which event triggers receipt creation. This may depend on the payment method, receipt of funds and your internal accounting process. Check exceptions before applying one rule to every transaction.
Define separate workflows for refunds, partial payments, additional charges and cancellations. Employees should know what the system handles automatically and when a responsible person needs to review or act.
Check test transactions before launch
Prepare your Checkbox account and the necessary access, then test a typical booking. Check the seller details, service description, amount, payment method and document status.
Then test unusual cases: an incorrect amount, a refund, a retry and a partial payment. If the results do not match your accounting rules, adjust the workflow before using it with real guests.
Documents stay in the financial history
Fiscalization complements the payment module and financial records in Aplus PMS. Owners and responsible managers can trace a booking through payment and receipt without keeping a separate manual register.
The fiscalization page describes the main features. In an Aplus PMS demo, we can review your payment methods, employee roles and exception handling.
After launch, assign someone to review error statuses and repeated transactions. Clear responsibility matters more than a long list of automatic rules that nobody monitors.
