Payments join your working context
The Privat24 integration helps import payment information into Aplus PMS. Managers work with the payment alongside the booking, guest and property instead of switching between a banking account and a separate spreadsheet.
This reduces repeated data entry and makes checking payment status easier. When a payment lacks sufficient information, the system should not guess its booking. These transactions require manual review.
Reconciliation stays under control
Before launch, define how your team matches payments to bookings: by amount, booking number, reference or another agreed identifier. Matching amounts from different guests are not enough to confirm a match.
Keep refunds, partial payments and transfers with incorrect references in a separate review list. The integration removes routine manual work, while a responsible person makes the final decision in unclear cases.
What to check before connecting
Prepare access and identify the accounts used for property transactions. Limit permissions to what is needed and avoid sharing bank details through ordinary messages. Connection requirements depend on the bank's settings and how your business operates.
After connecting, test a small number of transactions. Check full and partial payments, repeated amounts and refunds. Your team needs to know which statuses update automatically and which require manual confirmation.
Finances alongside the booking
Privat24 synchronization complements the Aplus PMS financial module. You can review payments together with fees, expenses and each property's results.
The online payments page explains the overall financial workflow. In a demo, the Aplus team can help connect it to your payment collection and review process.
After launch, regularly review transactions that could not be matched automatically. If the same issue repeats, change the payment reference or guest instructions instead of correcting every case individually.
