A guest asks where to pick up the keys. The manager can see the reservation in Aplus PMS, but would normally have to find the conversation in another dashboard. Now the team can reply to Booking.com and Airbnb guests directly from that reservation in Aplus PMS.
The conversation stays beside the stay details
Open the reservation to see the useful context: property, dates, guest and the conversation from the connected channel. There is no need to compare several tabs just to work out which stay a question refers to. The reply goes through the chat on the platform where the guest booked.
An apartment example
Olena books an apartment through Airbnb and asks if she can arrive early. The manager opens her reservation in Aplus PMS, checks the arrival date and replies through Airbnb chat without leaving the reservation. Another guest books through Booking.com and asks for entry instructions. The team opens that booking and responds through Booking.com chat in the same place.
This makes it easier to send an address, arrival time or stay details to the right guest. When several colleagues work on a reservation, they can also see what has already been discussed.
Stay in touch without relying on a phone number
Messaging through Booking.com and Airbnb chats does not require copying the guest's number into another messenger. This matters for Booking.com reservations: the platform no longer shares guest phone numbers with connected PMS tools, while its chat remains available.
A simpler routine for the team
Open the reservation, read the guest's question and reply through the relevant channel chat. Fewer switches between systems, less risk of mixing up conversations and more attention for the guest.
